The Second Visit
I just had my second visit with my OB-GYN. She just had a "kapa" on whether baby's size is really of 2-months old. Good thing that I brought along my MEDICARD with me. It saved me 250 bucks. The person in the information counter was also quite helpful as he educated me on what discounts and services I could take advantage of using my MEDICARD. This visit is also going to be the last visit that I will have together with hubby as he is already set to fly this coming Monday, March 3 to L.A. The next time that he will see our baby will be a few weeks before our little angel turns 1-year old. HayYyYyyyyyyy :( Labels: OB visit

Cravings and Morning Sickness
Aside from the sudden need to throw up last week, I never had any of those morning sickness nightmares. I am already on my 8th week. I don't crave for any specific food. I just feel as if I am a hungry wolf every time. I just need that I tend to be hungry before bedtime (during weekdays) and on the wee hours of the morning during weekends. But I feel bad because I usually crave for potato chips. Talk about gaining weight. *Sigh* Next week is going to be the toughest week for me. It's hubby's last week in the Philippines. It will take another 15 long months before we could see each other. My tummy now is not really big. The next time "Daddy" will see "baby" will be few weeks before he/she turns 1. Though Bebeh won't see how our baby grows in the span of 12 months, I promise that Baby will recognize him the moment they see each other. Now I remember a commercial during Christmas where a dad and a boy never saw each other until Christmas day. Until one day, the dad came home. The little boy ask the , "Noel din po ba pangalan nyo?" Awww..that was really touching. I almost cried. I'll try my best that when baby sees his/her dad, he/she will utter "Dada"... hayYy...in spite of the many fights that we have, I'm gonna miss hubby, miss him a lot. :( Labels: baby, daddy

Craving for Steak
Today, I craved for steak so hubby and I decided to dine in at Country Side Steak House. It was not as good as TGI Friday's but for the price of P170, it's all good man! My tummy was stuffed with a sumptuous meal. We will definitely go back there again.Labels: food trip

So Sweet
For the past few days, hubby has been very sweet to me. Last time, he made a cup of hot chocolate, just in time when I arrived home. Today, he bought eggs and bought me chuckie for my breakfast. I know this is so mushy and I shouldn't be bragging about this. But that's me. I appreciate every little thing that my family and friends do to me. I just home that I won't feel "sana" because for sure, it's gonna be hard for me when he leaves. Labels: wala lang

Absent
I'll not report for work today. I can't bear this terrible colds. I was so paranoid that is why I asked hubby to search Google if having colds can affect our baby. Thank Lord, it doesn't. Bebeh made some pure calamansi juice and a hot corn soup for me. I'm hoping that I'll feel good by tomorrow. I still got loads of work to do at the office. Labels: bebeh, pregnancy

Feeling Low
Aside from the fact that hubby is set to leave for California 2 weeks from now, I've been suffering from colds for almost 3 days now. And having colds really sucks. I couldn't get any decent sleep, which I badly need especially as this point that our company is going to move on our "own" building. I feel dizzy. Yesterday, I threw up after attending a mass at Shrine of Jesus near MOA. I guess the first trimester of pregnancy now hits me. The feeling is still bearable. I haven't had any morning sickness aside from that one-time vomiting. By the way, I have set this blog to journalize my pregnancy. And all posts here will be about building a family. I hope I won't bore you though. Labels: pregnancy, work
