On Dental Care
My tooth prophylaxis is due this month. We were supposed to pay my dentist a visit but something came up that prevented the teeth cleaning to happen. Hubby also wants to have his permanent filling done here because it's cheaper here that in L.A. My dentist is really good yet he doesn't charge a fortune. I just don't know if he offers other service like dental implants Plano but he is still the best for me. Labels: health and beauty

Of Stealing
Last week, we were surprised to receive the news that one of the salesman who delivers items to my mother in law's grocery shop has been robbing her for the past few months. The grocery is equipped with surveillance camera as well as point of purchase displays but truth to be told, Mom doesn't really review those videos very often. It was only last week that she found out what was going on. For a while, it has been a puzzle to her why her stocks of detergents seems to be depleting but sales are not going up. So this explains the reason why. Unfortunately, the video has been erased from the hard disk drive. So we are going home this week end so that hubby can retrieve the file using hard disk enclosure gadget. Labels: IT equipment, shopping

More on Losing Weight
Knowing that cla supplement excites me. I never thought that such thing really exists. From someone who is trying to lose weight, the existence of such product is really something. Though I am on the diet mode nowadays, I think that a little help from these weight loss products is inevitable. I really need to achieve the "body" this summer. More on Weight Loss Supplements
My good office buddy, Bim, has always been on the "healthy" side for all her life. Though more often that not she's happy with the way she looks, she sometimes feel the need to be "sexier" especially when looking for outfits during special occasions. When we went to China Town a month ago, she took a good look on the weight loss supplements that were stocked up in the Chinese drugstores we have stopped by. To date, she has consistently taken the wonder drug and I think that it is working for her without the worry of side effects. Good for her! :) Labels: health and beauty

Looking Younger
Hubby has just turned 30 but with his recent weight loss state, he looks like as if he is just 25. He doesn't need any fat burners for men unlike before. He is really in good shape nowadays which make me feel "insecure" of him. Darn it! I need to lose weight too. I don't wanna be tagged as his personal assistant or maid when we go to the mall. To rejuvinate his energy
Hubby has been complaining to me for the past few days about some body pains that he has to tolerate while taking care of our son. In addition, he also feel stressed due to lack of sleep. As such, I am currently on the look for multivitamins for men. Actually about some years ago, I bought him a box of multi-vitamins but he was just so lazy to take it that almost the entire box got expired. But now? Undereye Creams
Looking back at my pictures taken before I gave birth, my dark under eye circles have really become noticeable. As such, I have asked hubby to buy me one of those best under eye creams in the market when he comes back to California this September. I don't care how much such beauty product would cost me as long as it is effective for I know that my dark under eye circles is in most serious state. Lately, a lot of my friends have been asking me if I am using any weight loss products such as alli weight loss products. But truth to be told? I don't use any weight loss products. I just trimmed down my rice and soda intake. I guess the Atkinson diet really works. But I don't have qualms about using weight loss products as well if this is the only option left for someone to get back into shape. Of Career Change
Currently, I enjoy what I am doing. So the case of being bored/burnt out in my current work is too far from getting into reality. But as early as now, I am a bit worry about shifting my career from call center to legal services. That is, by the time that I get to work in the U.S.A. Hubby used to work for a law firm. I want to work for a law firm too but I am not sure which university I should get myself enrolled with. Surely, I can't penetrate any of those Ivy Leaguve Schools but I hope I can enter a decent university that offers criminal justice degree. One great choice would be Northwestern College since it is also an online university that offers such kind of degree. With established reputation, accreditation and reasonable tuition fees, this education institution is really a great choice. Labels: education

On Fire
No, I am not the one on fire. Our apartment building was literally set on fire the other day. The reason? An irresponsible tenant lighted a cigarette and he fell asleep. Apparently, the AC unit, the bed and the sofa set was burnt like hell. It was a nice thing though that my son and hubby were not around when that accident happen. Speaking of house furniture, I want to design furniture styles for my own home. I don't want to buy anything that can be bought in just any department stores. But first, we have to save a serious amount of money so we can build the dream of our home. :) Labels: home fixtures

Water Softener?
Do you have any idea what a water softener is all about? Of course I have heard of water purifier but hearing that a water softener exists, I can't help but be curious. Toilet Make Over
We visted our folks' house last week end. We celebrated our new year with my family. It was a consensus decision since we already spent our Christmas with my in-laws. I just noticed that our main bathroom toilet is already worn out. If only it can speak, it would earnestly tell its masters that it will soon retire. I think one of the best replacements are Toto toilets. This is what my in-laws have in their house. And I would attest to that that getting one of these toilets is a wise investment. :) Labels: home fixtures
